It’s been awhile, hasn’t it? I think I’ve said that before….
Well, what can I say? My life is the busiest it’s ever been. That’s my excuse.
School is back in session, and I’m a senior now! It’s pretty cool, but what hasn’t been cool is how much work I’ve been doing and how little sleep I’ve been getting. It is what it is I guess. On the bright side, I do love what I do!
However, I have good news:
I’m going to be blogging again starting in October!
I have so many amazing new recipes to share, that I just have to get back into posting frequently, maybe once or twice a week.
The recipes I have in store include:
- Chia seed pudding
- Buffalo chikun pasta
- pretzel bites
- a new pancake recipe
- new avocado pudding recipe
- a new stir fry
- the most delicious and unhealthy shake of your life
- a healthy lunch option
and so much more!
Be prepared for some yum in the next few weeks, and stay tuned for some exciting holiday recipes I have brainstormed (assuming they work out, of course!).
I can’t say I’ll be perfect. I mean, I’m balancing school, student leadership, volunteering, research, and my personal life. However, I do promise that I’ll do my best to bring in at least some new material. In the meantime, you are welcome to browse my other recipes, as I have lots of great options.
I hope to give you all some great recipes that will make up for my long, long, long absence. I’ve been doing lots of taste testing just by making meals at home, so I already have a good grasp on what I’m working on, and I already know that the recipes will be delish! Hopefully, I can get creative and come up with lots of new stuff. Many inspiring recipes out there! Let’s see what I can do.
I’ll talk to you all soon, and I mean it this time.
