Looking for a dairy-free, nut-free, and soy-free ranch?
Look no further than my easy hemp ranch!
While I like the hemp ranch recipe I used, I wanted to adjust the recipe a bit, and I ended up creating something that I just love! This hemp ranch has less ingredients, but yet tastes even better! Sometimes, I have the tendency to go a bit crazy with the ingredients that I forget that sometimes, less really is more.
This ranch is excellent for salads, sandwiches, dipping sauces, you name it! Unfortunately, it does not quite have the creaminess that vegan mayo or a cashew base might have. However, hemp ranch is still delicious, creamy, and excellent for those who are looking for an allergen-friendly and healthier alternative to regular ranch.
I like this hemp ranch so much that I am replacing my previous ranch recipe with this one. If you’ve tried my old hemp ranch and like it, go ahead and keep using it, but I really think this new version is much better!
- 1/3 hemp seed
- 1/4 water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbspdill
- 1tsp chives
- 1tsp apple cider vinegar
- Add ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Can be kept in airtight container for about 6-7 days.
What is your favorite condiment? While I make a lot of recipes with ranch, I actually love dijon mustard. I swear I could add it to anything. That, and sriracha mayo. If you want me to veganize any condiments/sauces, let me know and I will be happy to!
