I am done with sharing color pops on the lower lash line for the Summer.
The lid is still fair game, though.
I feel like I have shared several looks incorporating a pop of color on the lower lash line because it’s one of my favorite looks. However, I wanted to show that there are other ways to incorporate color into your looks, and one way is to use a colorful gel liner.
This week, I am in the beautiful Cannon Beach, Oregon. Probably one of my favorite beaches in the area, and of course, it is the location of the iconic Haystack Rock from The Goonies. Fun Fact: Astoria (the city the Goonies is set in) and Cannon Beach are not as close as they seem in the movie. I would say they’re about 20-40 minutes away from each other.
Back to the look: This week, I wanted to use a cream eyeshadow as a gel liner and do a colorful winged liner. It’s a very underrated way to embrace color in the Summer, and it isn’t as scary as it seems.
I went with an electric emerald shade, but you could honestly use whichever color you’d like.
I love this look because it is so customizable. Whatever color liner you choose to go with completely changes the entire look.
This may not be something I wear every single day, but it is so fun for Summer and something that I want to embrace before it’s time for vampy lips and cat eyes (which I am honestly so so so excited for).
