I wasn’t exactly planning on sharing this look, but I liked it so much, that I decided to take some photos and post it!
I think that this is a great look to post because it:
- Incorporates a bright lip, while keeping the eyes fairly neutral (with a very subtle pop of blue in the lower lash line).
- Is very easy to accomplish
- Features the original Urban Decay Naked Palette- an oldie, but a goodie, and one that many people already own!
For those of you who do not feel comfortable for bright lips, I had you in mind for this look (unintentionally since I didn’t plan to post this, but it worked out that way!). This lip color is excellent because it is bright, but not too bold. I know many of you don’t exactly want to wear bright oranges or hot pinks, but still want to wear something Summer appropriate. I think this lip color is perfect for those of you who want to incorporate some wearable bright lip colors into your everyday makeup routine.
I have a feeling that I will be wearing this look all the time this Summer because it is so easy and seems to work for virtually any occasion.
I used as many cruelty-free products as I could, but as you may know if you’ve seen my previous posts, I am still working on it and it will be awhile until my makeup collection is 100% cruelty-free.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this look! I know Summer is a time to experiment with color (which trust me, those looks are coming), but it doesn’t always have to be that way!
