I just wanted to make a quick announcement:
During my move, I misplaced my camera charger, and unfortunately, I have been unable to find it. I ordered a new charger, and received the wrong item. I am now in the process of returning that product and replacing it with what the charger I need. I also tried purchasing a charger in store, but it ended up not working. It’s been annoying process, but that has kept me from working on new posts until I receive the new (hopefully correct) charger (should be anywhere from Feb 17-23).
The good news: I do have two recipes that are photographed and ready to go. I will be working on those this week.
The bad: I have 4 amazing recipes that I would like to have finished by the end of the month, and I am not sure if I can get to all of them before the month is over due to this inconvenience. I will try, though!
I also have another post that I was planning on photographing, but I may not get to that by the time I was going to publish the post. It does need an image, but it would have enhanced the post. Oh well, you can’t win them all. Something is better than nothing, right?
Another unfortunate situation is that I am behind on working on March posts, which can be good and bad. I have plenty of time to get posts ready, but I do find that being ahead helps with my school schedule. Overall, I am not too worried about that. I will get plenty of posts done in March, and I have some recipes in my head that I’m feeling exciting about. Maybe working ahead isn’t for me after all?
Just wanted to let you know that my posting schedule may slow down, and it’s not what I want, but it’s out of my hands for a bit. I will have 2-3 posts out this week, but beyond then, I am not sure when my last 4 of the month will be out. Hopefully sometime late next week and into the week after.
I won’t be gone from the blog, but I cannot work as hard as I’d like since I have no camera to photograph recipes. I will still be writing and testing, though.
Can’t wait to get photos done so that I can post some delicious recipes soon! I really love what I have in the works and I consider them to be some of my all-time favorites. It’s worth the wait!
