Another week has come and gone, and I must say that I feel less relieved than I used to. Having only one class this quarter makes my life so much less stressful. I usually just do an hour or two of homework on the weekdays, and take weekends off. It’s been nice and chill, and so different than what I am used to.
Still, I am mid-way through the term, and I must say that I cannot wait for Summer. It is nice having as little responsibilities as possible (I don’t count the blog as a responsibility since it’s actually fun for me!). I have been working on the blog all the time now, especially since all of Matthew’s friends are back on college, and I am seeing less and less of him. No worries, though. We still spend plenty of time together, just less evenings. It’s not such a bad thing since I now have plenty of time to blog and go to the gym.
When all fails, I have this note that he wrote me over a year ago hung up in our room so that I can see it each morning. (yes to my laptop sticker)
I have really enjoyed working on blog posts thus far. I feel like I still have so much to learn (especially in photography), but each day I am challenging myself, and it’s been fun. I have a vision that I am working on, and I can’t wait to share so many ideas that are still in my head (soooo many recipes just waiting to be shared!).
Something that I actually want to share is an extra form of motivation: buy smaller clothes.
I bought this American Eagle dress in a size M (one size smaller than I normally wear), and I love trying it on every now and then to see how close I am to being able to wear it. I am getting closer…maybe by the Summer, I can wear it out! I highly recommend having something tangible to motivate yourself with. it makes a hell of a difference!
Overall, I am feeling really motivated to continue working hard and putting out new posts that I have been working on. I am so excited to share what I want to share…sometimes I wish I could just post 10 times per day, but I think spacing things out will be best.
I hope you all had a wonderful week, and I wish you the best of luck for the upcoming week! Have fun with the nice weather (assuming that if it is nice in Washington, it’s probably nice everywhere), and don’t forget to stay healthy!
